Community based nonprofit organizations play a vital role in our society.
They provide programs and services that address our most pressing problems.
They build on the assets of people and communities. They are the seedbeds
for community leadership. They advocate for positive change. Their missions
are always challenging and their financial resources are nearly always
limited.

Our mission is capacity building. We work in partnership with Board and
staff members to strengthen the ability of their organization to fulfill its
mission and to develop as a strong, durable organization. We understand that
the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment is at the heart of
organizational capacity.
